- Sample efficiency — reduce raw material and handling per test.
- Smart instrumentation — upgrade core equipment with energy-efficient modes and auto-shutoff.

After implementation we saw a 32% drop in lab solvent use, 19% lower electricity, 42% less single-use plastic, and 25% faster test cycles.
