With an environmental-tech startup, we validated a nanomaterial water filtration system under real urban runoff, with peer-reviewable results.

## The Challenge

The startup's technology had promise but lacked the third-party data, regulatory documentation and scientific credibility to enter the municipal water market. Without certified validation, procurement and environmental approval were out of reach.

## Solution

We designed a full-spectrum validation strategy:

- ICP-MS trace-metal testing (lead, cadmium)
- Flow and pressure analysis under simulated urban runoff
- Durability testing over 100+ hours
- Benchmarking against EPA standards and existing solutions
- Structured reporting aligned to municipal procurement docs

## Result

The project closed with certification-grade validation and submission-ready documentation, supporting an initial rollout across three districts with city-wide potential.
